The past month has been football, football, and more football, and it has been GLORIOUS!!! I started my first part of my Christmas vacation at the Texas UIL State Championship games at AT&T stadium, which is AMAZING, were I had the privilege of covering all 12 of the games for texashsfootball.com. I got some amazing shots throughout the week and got to see some of the best high school football in the state and country.

Here are some of the shots from the weekend:
The venue for the week…

The opening coin toss…

The emotions were high for both winners and the defeated.

The Champions….

And of course Jerry Jones had to make an appearance (his grandson was the QB for Highland Park who also won MVP)…

After the state championship games I was able to take a bit of a break and enjoy the holidays before I took on bowl season and my first Texans game…stay tuned for more to come.
